Refund Policy

Refunds are available for AI credit purchases within 14 calendar days.

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for optional AI credit purchases. Calorie is operated by INCOGNITO INNOVATIONS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

Calorie's core nutrition tracker is free. AI credits are optional consumable digital credits that can be purchased separately and used for AI actions, including meal scans, estimates, suggestions, and other AI-powered features made available in the Service.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record or authorized reseller for purchases made through Paddle.

Refund Window

You can request a refund for an AI credit purchase within 14 calendar days from the transaction date.

Refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days are reviewed and processed through Paddle.

If a refund is approved, the refunded AI credits will be removed from your Calorie account.

How to Request a Refund

Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email.

You can also use the support link shown in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and select the refund option.

You may contact Calorie support at support@hmr.sh with your account email, transaction details, and a short description of your request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

Paddle's transaction records are used to confirm the transaction date and payment method.

Technical Issues

If you have a technical issue with purchased AI credits, contact support@hmr.sh so we can help resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you can request a refund through Paddle within the 14-calendar-day refund window.

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded credits will end.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact Paddle or Calorie before raising a chargeback or payment dispute so the request can be reviewed through the refund process.

If a chargeback or payment reversal is opened, access to the relevant credits may be paused while the payment is reviewed.

Refund and dispute handling follows Paddle's payment process.
